Medicaid 835 Checks Report

Providers can view the details of specific Medicaid checks in the Medicaid 835 Checks report.

To reach this report, click "Reports" in the EIBilling.com menu, then drop down to click "Medicaid 835 Checks."




On the Medicaid 835 Checks report, select a cycle from the drop down menu, then click "Run." 

Please note that the column "Issue Date" is the date the check is issued and the date that will be on the check.  However, the check will actually be released on the check release date listed in the Medicaid cycle calendar.  This date is usually over two weeks after the check issue date.  To see the check release date for that Medicaid cycle, providers should check the Medicaid cycle calendar. 



Providers can click "Details" next to a check to see the claims included on that check.  Claims that were denied payment for that cycle will also be listed in the Medicaid 835 Checks Details, along with denial reasons.




This report can be exported to Excel by clicking "Excel" at the bottom of the page.
