Insurance Batch Uploads

In order to do an insurance batch upload, we need several data files from the KIDS folder.  These files should be copied when nobody is in KIDS.

Please follow these instructions to do a batch upload.



1) Create a ZIP file that contains the following files from the KIDS folder.  If you are unsure how to create a zip file, contact your IT department for assistance.

insure.dbf

provider.dbf

2) Log on to EIBilling.com as your county user.

3) In the menu, go to "Transfer" then drop down to click "Upload File." The file type should be "Insurance Load."




4) Browse for the file.



5) Click Upload.

6) Once you have uploaded the file, please send an email to CountySupport@EIBilling.com to let us know that you have successfully uploaded the file.
