Your Feedback Needed: EI-Hub Communications + Readiness Survey

Dear Colleague:

As New Yorkers adjust to a new way of life in these unprecedented times, the Bureau of Early Intervention wants to assure our stakeholders that we are as committed as ever to continuing the progress made toward the installation and implementation of the new EI-Hub system.

Though some of our planned in-person interactions with the stakeholder community may have to be postponed or made virtual, we are still committed to listening to what you have to say and incorporating your feedback into the EI-Hub. Our next step is to learn more about your readiness for EI-Hub, and to obtain your feedback on our communications to date.
