When reviewing the Provider Information listed in your Provider Profile, you will want to check that the information listed is correct. Because the information listed here is imported from the NYEIS system, you should contact NYEIS to make corrections. You will be able to change your own Medicaid Provider # and ETIN.
In particular, it is important to make sure that the address listed is the correct billing address. If the wrong address is listed in your Provider Information, be sure to check that NYEIS has the correct billing address, not main address, in their system.
EIBilling.com will import information from NYEIS on a weekly basis, at which time any corrections made with NYEIS would be reflected in your Provider Information.
