Important Changes for Oscar Insurance Corporation

This is to inform all EI Service Coordinators of some important changes related to Oscar Insurance Corporation (Oscar). These changes are effective January 1, 2017, and Service Coordinators should take the following actions in NYEIS:

1) Add Oscar in NYEIS with the new information provided below. Use an effective start date of January 1, 2017 for all EI children who have an Oscar insurance plan and who are receiving services with a 2017 date of service.
