Once you have uploaded your service records onto EIBilling via Excel File, you will have the option to Validate File. Here, if no errors are found in the file, you will have the option to Upload Validated Attendances.
However, if you have an error in a CPT Code or an ICD9 code, you will receive an error message, specifying the mistake and where it occurs on your Excel Spreadsheet. At this point, review the code in question to verify that it is valid.
If it is not, change the code or codes that were invalid and re-upload your Excel spreadsheet.
