Municipalities That Provide and bill for Services and Service Coordination

Municipalities that provide services will need to have two separate usernames, one for their role as a Billing Provider (including service coordination) and another for their role as a Municipality.

Billing Provider Login Credentials
The log in information for the role as Billing Provider should have been automatically sent to the email that is entered in NYEIS.  The userID would be the Counties NPI for general services.

This userID is used for

• Entering service records for children enrolled in KIDS
• Submitting those service records as a bill to KIDS
• View claim status of their submitted claims
• Add other users
  

All the the same things the rest of the EI providers would do.

If you want to have additional personnel have logins for the Billing Provider role, log in with the main account and there is an maintenance option to add additional users.

This userID is used for

• Downloading and uploading bills that need to be validated through KIDS
• Viewing reports about claims and escrow payments
• etc.
