Please note that submitting a bill should be regarded in the same way as sending a bill in the mail. While you have the option to unsubmit a bill, this is only available until the county has downloaded that bill to process. We encourage you to check over your service records carefully
before clicking "Submit Bill."
To submit a bill for KIDS, you must first log in to EIBilling.com.
You will do this process after you have entered KIDS service records, either manually or through and upload.
On the menu, go to "KIDS Billing" and drop down to click "Submit Bill to County."

Once the following page has loaded, select the county you wish to bill from the drop-down menu. To add a county, you must update your provider profile. The invoice number will automatically increase with each bill created, but you can also enter your own.

From the list, select the bills you wish to submit. If all of the listed bills are ready to submit, you can select all by checking the box at the top of the list. Then, click "Submit Bill"

A message will tell you that you successfully generated a bill.
