In order to submit claims to counties for children that are in the KIDS system, the first step is to get information into EIBilling.com about the services that were provided.
One method for getting this data into EIBilling.com is entering the data into an Excel spreadsheet and uploading that document to EIBilling.com. The spreadsheet must follow a specific format. In order to facilitate that formatting, a template is provided with all of the columns in the correct order.
You must use this template. You cannot create your own workbook and try to make it look like this template. You will get parsing errors when the system tries to validate the file.
