For providers entering remittance data directly into EIBilling, please see the clarification below on fax numbers and how they should be used. EOBs sent to the incorrect fax number may not be processed properly.

Provider Manual Entry

For Provider Manual Entry of EOBs: Please fax ONE copy of the EOB entered only to:

PCG Manual Entry

For PCG Manual Entry of EOBs: Providers can fax an EOB they would like PCG to enter to:

518-836-0456

IMPORTANT: Please remember not to fax an EOB more than once. PCG is required to review every fax, including duplicates, so sending multiple faxes will slow down the EOB Entry process.
