For all Municipalities, EIBilling.com will serve as your window into the IFA’s Fiscal Administration system.  You will be able to:
  • Retrieve information about your escrow payments (for both children in NYEIS & KIDS)
  • Retrieve information about claims and their status (for both children in NYEIS & KIDS)

 

For Counties that still have some children enrolled in KIDS, you will also use EIBilling.com to

  • Download bill files that need to be processed in KIDS
  • Upload response files after the bill files are processed in KIDS
