List of Regulated and Non-Regulated Insurers

Dear Colleague:

In an effort to assist the early intervention community to identify commercial insurance plans which are regulated and not-regulated by New York State Law and regulation, the Department of Health and Public Consulting Group (PCG) are providing two resources:

1. A list of regulated insurers, with guidance to assist in identifying regulated insurance plans offered by these insurers
2. A list of non-regulated insurance plans, with accompanying guidance on the limitations of the list
