Dear Colleague:

The Department of Health is pleased to announce that as of 7 AM EST on October 1, 2013, the Public Consulting Group (PCG) Customer Service Call center will be operational to receive  phone calls.  As of Monday, September 30, 2013, at 3 PM, the help ticket function accessed at eibilling.com will no longer be available. 

The Customer Service Call Center will be operational from 7 AM to 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday. 

The phone number for the Customer Service Call Center is 1- 866-315-3747.

Questions regarding information accessed at the eibilling.com website, and questions on billing and claiming will be responded to by PCG Customer Support Representatives at this number.
