Submitting Service Records via KIDS Disk Bill File

Provider > KIDS Service Records
The KIDS disk bill file is a format used by some counties to import billing information to KIDS.  This file can be created by various software products used by providers.  EIBilling.com will continue to support this format, as well as an enhanced version of this file that provides for additional fields*.  The layout for this file is available on the provider information page.


The KIDS disk bill file contains fields for:

  • Service Authorization #
  • Service Date
  • Bill Amount
  • Rendering Provider NPI
  • CPT Codes *
  • Diagnosis Code*
  • Provider Reference/Claim #*


To submit a KIDS Disk Bill File, log into www.eibilling.com. Hover your mouse over "KIDS Billing" on the Menu and select "Upload KIDS Billing File" from the drop-down menu.



An upload screen should appear. Click "Browse" to select the KIDS Disk Bill File from your computer. Click "Validate."



Once you click Validate, you can click "Upload Validated Attendances" to upload your attendances onto EIBilling.com.
