Submitting Service Records to KIDS: Overview

Providers will send service records to EIBilling.com.  The website will then generate a bill to be submitted to KIDS.  The county will run the bill through KIDS to process edit checks.  All claims that pass the edit checks will then be loaded to the Fiscal Administration System for the claims to be processed.


Service records serve as the basis for generating a bill or claim to submit to KIDS.  Service records for this process include the following information:

• County #
• Service Authorization #
• Date of service
• NPI of rendering (servicing) provider
• Amount to Bill

There are three ways to submit service records into EIBilling.com:

• EIBIlling.com Data Entry Form
• Excel File
